We often seek help when we realize a pattern we’ve relied on for years just isn’t working anymore. If that’s you, you’re in the right place.

Whether you’re an athlete, artist, performer, or someone who tends to carry the weight of high expectations, you may be used to showing up strong on the outside while things feel a bit messier underneath. My services offer a space to explore that— to step back from performance mode and tune into what’s really going on inside.

Finding the right practitioner to support your mental health and/or performance goals can be overwhelming. Whether you landed here through a referral, an internet search, or sheer luck, it can be hard to know what to do next.   • Anxiety can feel like your mind is always “on,” racing through worst-case scenarios before you’ve even had time to breathe. OCD can add its own relentless loop: thoughts you didn’t ask for, rituals you feel compelled to complete. It’s exhausting! I help you understand how these patterns work, find ways to interrupt them, and create more space between you and your worries. Together, we’ll loosen anxiety’s grip so you can breathe, focus, and live with more ease.

  • Depression can make even the smallest task feel like climbing a mountain. Sadness can leave you drained, and loneliness can make you feel disconnected even in a crowded room. These feelings can convince you that nothing will change, but that’s not the whole story. I offer a space where you can unpack what’s weighing on you without judgment.   • Trauma can come from a single event or from experiences that built up over time. Its impact can be obvious, or it can hide beneath the surface, affecting the way you think, feel, and move through the world. It might show up as strong emotions, physical tension, patterns you can’t quite shake, etc. I offer a steady, compassionate space to work through these experiences at your own pace, however you feel most comfortable doing so, helping you move toward greater safety, connection, and peace of mind.

  • Even good changes can shake us: graduating, moving, starting or ending a job, a relationship, or a new chapter of life. Suddenly, what felt familiar is gone, and you’re left wondering what’s next. I help you make sense of these shifts, manage the emotions they bring, and find your footing in unfamiliar territory.
